Allergen information
Food safety comes before speed. Ingredients, suppliers, garnishes and event menus may change, so customers must use the current information supplied for the exact order or stall visit.
Before ordering
Tell us about every allergy or dietary requirement before the order is confirmed. Do not rely on photographs, social posts, previous purchases or a general menu description.
At a pop-up
Ask a member of the team for the current allergen information before purchasing. Do not assume that a vegetarian or vegan description means a product is safe for a particular allergy.
Cross-contact
Food may be prepared or served in an environment where multiple regulated allergens are handled. We will explain the controls in place, but an allergen-free environment should not be assumed.
Large orders
Allergy details submitted through the order form are reviewed before confirmation. We may decline or modify a request where the risk cannot be managed safely.
Recipe information
A written recipe and allergen matrix should be maintained internally for every product, sauce, garnish, drink and special. The customer-facing information must match the ingredients actually used.
