Order and event terms
These terms apply to large-order enquiries and any order later accepted by Rock Paper Sisters, operated by Digitalised Solutions Ltd.
Enquiries are not confirmed orders
Submitting a form does not reserve a date or create a contract. An order is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation containing the agreed quantity, price, date, collection or delivery arrangements and any required payment terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted for the specific request and may reflect quantity, menu, delivery, staffing and timing. A deposit or full payment may be required before preparation. The confirmation will state the payment deadline and balance due.
Changes and cancellation
Requested changes are subject to capacity and may alter the price. Cancellation and refund terms will be provided with the quote, taking into account food purchased or preparation already completed.
Collection and delivery
The collection point is supplied after confirmation. Delivery is only available where expressly confirmed. Customers must provide accurate access and contact details and arrange for someone to receive the food at the agreed time.
Food handling after handover
Storage, serving and reheating instructions supplied with the order must be followed. Responsibility for food handling transfers to the customer after collection or completed delivery, except where the law provides otherwise.
Allergies and dietary requests
Customers must clearly disclose allergies before confirmation. We will explain the information and controls available for the order, but cannot promise an allergen-free environment unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Pop-up promotions
Rock-paper-scissors promotions are only available at selected events and may require a qualifying purchase. Prize, availability and entry limits may vary. Staff decisions at the event are final, subject to applicable law.
Problems
Contact us promptly if there is a problem so that the circumstances can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
